RETURN POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Edit by Eleventh Hour.

All products purchased in store or online directly from Edit by Eleventh Hour are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.

Edit by Eleventh Hour is not responsible for any allergic reactions to an unknown allergen. If you have questions about specific ingredients, please contact us prior to purchase at editbyeleventh@gmail.com .

All treatments and services are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This includes in-studio and virtual services, prepaid packages, training/coaching, promotional bookings, gift cards, booking deposits or retainers. Refunds will not be issued.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Weekend deliveries are based on the shipping carrier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Orders placed during high season/holidays may be subject to delays . 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment confirmation and Order tracking number will be texted/emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be available and active.

Edit by Eleventh Hour is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility.

Edit by Eleventh Hour is currently shipping to the United States and Canada at this time. International orders are not guaranteed but you may contact us directly at editbyeleventh@gmail.com  for consideration. International shipping rates will apply if approved. 

Damaged and Lost Shipping:

Edit by Eleventh Hour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.

Edit by Eleventh Hour is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing address info (i.e apartment numbers, suite numbers).

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email editbyeleventh@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery with details and video/photos so we can evaluate the issue and assist you by contacting the company. Please take note that we can not guarantee their assistance. Edit by Eleventh Hour can not be held responsible for any defective or broken items.
